The Crown Prince International Scholarship Program
As part of his personal drive to provide greater opportunities for skills development for Bahrain’s youth, His Royal Highness established the Crown Prince International Scholarship Program (CPISP) in 1999. The Program provides Bahrain's most gifted and talented young people the opportunity to learn at the finest international educational institutions. Additionally, it provides its scholars with career development support and training, equipping them with the necessary tools to become effective decision-makers who contribute to Bahrain's development, both nationally and globally.
The Prime Minister's Fellowship Program
In line with his vision to improve delivery across the civil service, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister launched a Program where civil servants can participate in a one-year placement at the Prime Minister’s Office. During this placement, civil servants are offered training designed to improve their research, analysis, and leadership skills, enhancing their capabilities as government leaders.
The Government Forum
The Government Forum brings together ministers and officials from across government to explore ways to deliver greater sustainable diversification and economic prosperity for the Kingdom.

Government Innovation Competition (Fikra)
During a Government Forum, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued a directive to establish the Government Innovation Competition (Fikra). The competition stimulates the creativity and innovation of civil servants and allows them to play an active role in developing citizen-focused proposals that align with government priorities.

Government Service Centers Evaluation Award
The Government Service Centers Evaluation Award was established following directives from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. This award recognises efficiency, creativity, competitiveness, and innovation in government capabilities and services.

Customer Service Excellence Award for customer support via Tawasul
The Customer Service Excellence Award was established following a directive from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The award recognises the best and fastest performing government agencies in “Tawasul” - a national system where Bahrainis submit comments and suggestions about government services.

The Educational Excellence Award was established to advance the Kingdom’s education sector, under His Royal Highness’s vision. This award is designed to encourage competitiveness and high standards across the Kingdom’s educational institutions. Recipients are selected based on their contribution to the education sector.

Bahrain Award for Entrepreneurship
The Bahrain Award for Entrepreneurship – held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Economic Development Board – recognises entrepreneurial and innovative projects in the Kingdom that contribute to Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030. The award encourages creativity and innovative ideas and enables winners to contribute to the Kingdom’s economic development and competitiveness.
