His Majesty King Hamad today delegated Deputy Premier Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa to present his condolences to Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah and Crown Prince Shaikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah and the Al Sabah Family following the sad demise of Shaikh Basil Sabah Al Salim Al Sabah.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, today attended, as guest of honour of British Queen Elizabeth, the third day of the annual Royal Ascot horse racing festival at the Royal Ascot racecourse in Berkshire. He hailed the distinguished organisation of the long standing sporting event, which dates back to 300 years.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, stressed today Bahrain’s backing of all efforts to boost regional security and stability and protect achievements. He emphasized Bahrain’s commitment to international conventions to promote peace worldwide in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Bahrain’s doors are wide open to welcome foreign capitals and investments. “The King has passed laws and legislations ensuring a favourable environment for investment operations”, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Economic Development Board Chairman said.
