His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister sent a cable of congratulations to the holy Quran Reciter, Ali Salah Omar, after winning the Global Reciter Award for the Tajweed Recitation (Al-Qari Al-Mojawed), and for clinching the first place in the five phases of the third edition of the Bahrain International Quran Recitation Competition (Global Reciter).
