HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (23) of 2026

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (23) of 2026 appointing a director at the Tender Board, based on a proposal by the Chairman of the Tender Board.

The Edict stipulates the following:

Article (I):

Mohammed Yousif Yaqoob Al Khaja shall be appointed Director of the Technical Specifications and Qualification Directorate at the Tender Board, succeeding Louay Ali Abdulla Al Helou.

Article (II):

The Chairman of the Tender Board shall implement the provisions of this Edict, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
