HRH the Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Bahrain EDB issues Edict (1) of 2026

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), today issued Edict (1) of 2026 reconstituting the Board of Directors of Bahrain Development Bank (B.S.C.).

Article (I)
The Board of Directors of Bahrain Development Bank (B.S.C.) shall be reconstituted under the chairmanship of Ghassan Ghaleb Abdulaal, with the following members:
1. Amna Ali Al Arrayedh
2. Hani Hussain Redha
3. Aysha Mohammed Abdulmalik
4. Yousef Mohammed Al Nafiee
5. Manal Shawqi Al Bayat
6. Marwa Khalid Al Saad
7. Tameem Salman Al Mousawi

The board members shall serve a three-year term.

Article (II)
This edict shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
