HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (35) of 2026

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (35) of 2026 amending certain provisions of Edict (1) of 2018 on the reconstitution of the Civil Service Council.

Article (1)

A new clause (2) shall be added to the first paragraph of Article (1) of Edict (1) of 2018 on the reconstitution of the Civil Service Council, with the remaining items to be renumbered accordingly, as follows:

2. Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court – Member

Article (2)

The edict shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
