HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the President of BACA

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with HE Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), at Riffa Palace.

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, noted the importance of continuing to preserve Bahraini heritage, which is a key pillar supporting the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain, has a rich civilisational and cultural heritage and wealth of historical and archaeological assets, which continues to strengthen its standing across various levels.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad commended the efforts of the BACA and its personnel, highlighting Bahrain’s active participation in regional and international cultural events. His Royal Highness also commended the dedication of the Kingdom’s national workforce in advancing the Kingdom’s global standing.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed his best wishes for BACA’s continued success in strengthening Bahrain’s recognised culture and heritage standing internationally.

For his part, HE the President of BACA expressed his gratitude and appreciation to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s unwavering support for the Authority’s efforts to achieve further cultural accomplishments that reflect Bahrain’s rich civilisational and cultural heritage.

HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, and several senior officials, were in attendance.
