HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (51) of 2026

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (51) of 2026, appointing a director at the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), based on a proposal by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of RERA.

Article (I)

Mohammed Yousif Abdullah Al Ammari shall be appointed Director of the Real Estate Information and Development Directorate at RERA, succeeding Saud Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayyat.

Article (II)

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of RERA shall implement the provisions of this edict, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
