HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman inaugurates new St Christopher’s School campus
On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust, today inaugurated the new St Christopher’s School campus in Raffa.
HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman affirmed that investing in education is an investment in the Kingdom’s future, underscoring the importance of advancing the education system and enhancing educational outcomes in support of the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and supported by the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
His Highness highlighted the important role of private educational institutions in strengthening Bahrain’s education sector through the adoption of international best practices, the introduction of innovative educational programmes, and the provision of modern learning environments that nurture students’ talents, develop their capabilities, and equip them with essential skills for the future.
HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman noted that continued investment in educational initiatives and infrastructure contributes to enhancing the quality and competitiveness of Bahrain’s education sector, while providing students with diverse opportunities to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to the Kingdom’s continued progress and development.
His Highness commended St Christopher’s School for its longstanding contributions to education in the Kingdom, recognising the school’s commitment to academic excellence and the continuous development of its facilities and educational resources in line with international standards. His Highness wished the school’s administration, staff, and students continued success.
HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman toured the new campus and was briefed on its modern facilities, educational resources, and learning environments designed to support academic achievement and foster students’ creative, sporting, and personal development.
