HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister receives the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Bahrain
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received His Excellency Choi Byoung-sun, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Riffa Palace.
During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the strength of bilateral relations between the two countries and noted their continued development across various sectors.
His Royal Highness emphasised the importance of advancing cooperation and coordination, while creating new opportunities to realise shared aspirations and support the continued progress and prosperity of both countries and their peoples.
During the meeting, the latest regional and international developments were also discussed, as well as issues of mutual interest.
His Royal Highness wished the Ambassador success in carrying out his diplomatic duties.
For his part, His Excellency the Ambassador of Korea to Bahrain expressed his gratitude for His Royal Highness’s commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations between Bahrain and the Republic of Korea, and wished the Kingdom continued success.
HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, along with several senior officials, were in attendance.
