His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, received cable of congratulations from His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Special Representative, on HH Staff Lieutenant Commander Shaikh Isa bin Salman successfully completing the Joint Command and Staff Course at the US Marine Corps University, in Virginia, the United States of America.
