His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, received cables of congratulations from General His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Commander of the National Guard, on HH Staff Lieutenant Commander Shaikh Isa bin Salman successfully completing the Joint Command and Staff Course at the US Marine Corps University, in Virginia, the United States of America.
