HRH Prince Salman Honours Outstanding Retired Pioneers

Bahraini youngsters were today urged to build on national achievements and contribute more to their country’s construction and modernisation.  His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, addressed them as he patronised the second ceremony in honour of outstanding private sector and military entrepreneurs.He paid tribute to the pioneering generation for its efforts to and dedication to serve their nations in all fields.

The event was held today at the premises of the Al Hekma Retired Society.HRH Prince Salman was welcomed upon arrival by Al Hekma chairman, board members and senior officials.Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa delivered a speech hailing the occasion, as Bahrain is bracing to mark the 11th anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s accession to the throne and Bahrain’s 39th National Day.He outlined the efforts of Al Hekma board members in providing care for the retired public, private and military staff.He also paid tribute to the wise leadership for its support, hailing His Majesty King Hamad’s directives in this regard.
