HRH Crown Prince Receives Moroccan Industry Minister

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, today asserted that Bahrain has used its legal system to consolidate the basics and concepts of its economic framework and infrastructure in accordance with productivity, competitiveness and mutual trust governing the relationship between investors and the private sector.

 “In carrying out our national projects, we are enlightened by the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in order to be able achieve the goals of our Economic Vision, 2030,” he said.  “The Kingdom allocates great importance to the promotion of the partnership between the public and private sectors in the citizen-directed projects in order to meet its economic goals,” he noted, indicating that Bahrain is interested in extending bridges of communication with brotherly and friendly countries with promising economic potentials, including Morocco.

This came as HRH Crown Prince received here today the Moroccan Industry, Commerce and Modern technology Minister Ahmed Ridha Al Shami and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the Industry and Commerce Minister Dr.Hasan Abdulla Fakhro.

During the meeting, HRH Crown Prince hailed the strong historical ties bonding Bahrain and Morocco.On his part, the Moroccan Minister asserted that Morocco has always considered Bahrain as its gate for investing in the Gulf region and building economic partnerships with economic entities and businessmen, pointing out to his country’s investment projects and opportunities. Present were Head of HRH Crown Prince’s Court Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa and the Moroccan Ambassador to Bahrain Mohammed Ait Ouali.
