Wise Leadership Exchanges Cables on HM King Hamad’s Honorary Ph.D

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a cable from His Royal Highness the Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa congratulating him on his honorary Ph.D degree conferred by the Arab Gulf University (AGU).

In the cable, HRH Premier took pride in HM the King’s honouring which, he said, testifies to the major role played by HM the King in the kingdom’s educational growth, incessant support for AGU and humanitarian contributions which benefited all Bahraini citizens. HM King Hamad sent a cable of thanks to HRH Premier in reply to his congratulatory cable, appreciating HRH Premier’s patriotic contributions and indicating that “AGU’s honouring proves that we are in the right path for the sake of achieving our civilisational project which we are committed to use as a means to ensure the welfare for all our citizens.”  

HM King Hamad also received a cable of congratulations from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander on the honorary Ph.D degree in Humanities bestowed on him by AGU. In the cable, HRH Crown Prince extended his heartfelt congratulations to HM the King, affirming that the high level degree is a result of HM the King’s pioneering achievements, support for all humanitarian programmes and innumerable initiatives aiming to satisfy the security, housing, health and educational needs of the citizens.

HM King Hamad sent a reply cable of thanks to HRH Crown Prince, asserting that AGU’s degree is a living proof that the kingdom’s civilisational project has achieved most of its short-term and long-term goals and a recognition of its landmark  developmental strides achieved in the past few years.
