Prince Salman meets businessmen
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, said Bahrain’s regulations were based on Islamic principles and teachings, characterized by tolerance and respect for citizens’ and residents’ rights.
Speaking to a group of businessmen and traders during a meeting at Riffa Palace today, Prince Salman said the remarkable boost that was brought about by the Royal reforms of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, contributed a lot to the present prosperity and stability. The royal reforms have made of Bahrain a prosperous kingdom and a safe and secure haven where human rights are respected, the fact that helped it attract investment and allure businessmen to launch more ventures, he added.
HRH the Crown Prince reassured the businessmen that the economic situation in Bahrain was stable as the national economy was based on the principles of the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 which was in turn based on equal opportunities, honest competitiveness and openness to the world to encourage local investment and attract foreign investors. HRH Crown Prince Court’s Head Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa and Prince Salman’s Advisor Shaikh Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa were also present.
