HRH Crown Prince Says Bahrain Is the Least Affected by the Global Financial Crisis

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and the Economic Development Board (EDB) Chairman today asserted that the facilities and tools adopted by the kingdom, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, have consolidated the investment atmosphere and upgraded the economic performance in Bahrain.

The efficiency of the financial and banking fields, in particular, which are the kingdom’s main economic sectors, have made the financial and banking firms active here the least affected by the Global Financial Crisis, HRH Crown Prince affirmed.HRH Prince Salman was speaking as he received today at Al Riffa Palace LGT Bank Chief Executive Director Prince Maximilian.During the meeting, HRH Crown Prince vowed his support for every step leading to a fruitful cooperation between LGT Bank and its counterparts in Bahrain.
