HRH Crown Prince meets Jordanian Premier in Davos

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Economic Development Board (EDB) Chairman, met on the sidelines of the 40th Annual World Economic Forum in Switzerland today with Jordanian Prime Minister Samir Al Riffaie.

During the meeting, HRH Crown Prince hailed the Bahraini-Jordanian deep-rooted ties, expressing delight with their constant progress for the benefit of both brotherly peoples. He also extended congratulations to Riffaie on the royal trust, wishing him success in his duties as Prime Minister of Jordan. Current regional and global developments as well as the topics listed on this year’s WEF agenda were also reviewed.

On his part, the Jordanian Premier thanked HRH the Crown Prince for the invaluable efforts he exerts to consolidate relations between the two countries.Present at the meeting were Finance Minister Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa and Head of Crown Prince’s Court Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa.
