HRH Crown Prince to take part in WEF

His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Economic Development Board Chairman, will take part in tomorrow’s World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, which will be running till January 31.

The Crown Prince’s participation in this annual event, which will be held this year under the theme “Improving the World’s Condition: Re-thinking, Re-designing and Re-building”, re-emphasizes Bahrain’s respectable international status and active contribution to solving key political and economic issues.

The event will also serve as a platform to highlight the kingdom’s various reforms and achievements.The forum is considered one of the major international economic gatherings which will discuss this year issues related to enhancing economic cooperation and social welfare as well as reducing global risks to ensure sustainable development.
