HRH Crown Prince appoints Shaikh Nasser First Vice President of Supreme Council for Youth and Sport
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, appointed today Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa as the council’s First Vice President in a step towards handing over presidency to him in the future.
The move stems from a wish to give a new blood to the youth and a spirit to build on previous achievements, HRH the Crown Prince said.He also lauded the role of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in founding this glorious youth edifice in Bahrain expressing honour in assuming its responsiblities.HRH Prince Salman commended the efforts of Shaikh Isa bin Rashid Al Khalifa and the exceptional role of General Organisation for Youth and Sport President Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa in serving the sport sector in Bahrain and bringing about various achievements.
The meetigng was attended by Economic Development Board Chief Executive Shaikh MOhammed bin Isa Al Khalifa and Crown Prince Court’s Head Shaikh Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa.
