HRH Crown Prince Lauds Bahraini-US Financial and Economic Ties

 His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, has lauded the advanced level of the Bahrain-US financial, economic and trade cooperation. This came as he received today, at Al Riffa Palace, the US Treasury Undersecretary David Cohen with whom he reviewed the outstanding bilateral relations and ways of bolstering joint financial and economic cooperation.

On his part, the US official hailed the growing Bahraini-Us financial and economic ties, consolidated thanks to the kingdom’s laws and banking regulations, praising his country’s “fruitful” relations with the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB).They also discussed ways of enhancing the “already successful” cooperation and coordination regarding combating financing terrorism.Present were CBB Governor Rashid Al Miraj, Head of HRH Crown Prince’s Court, Finance Ministry’s Undersecretary Arif Khamis, US Ambassador to Bahrain Thomas Krajeski and members of David Cohen’s accompanying delegation.
