Crown Prince receives cable of congratulations from Minister of Education

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander today received a cable of congratulations from Education Minister and head of the National Committee for Education, Science and Culture Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi marking Bahrain’s election as member of the UNESCO International Bureau of Education (IBE) and the Legal Committee.

The International Bureau of Education (IBE) is a global Centre in the area of curriculum development and a field-oriented institute supporting UNESCO action aimed at attaining quality Education for All. The UNESCO Legal Committee proposes draft resolutions and laws, reviews the agenda of the UESCO’s General Conference and drafts the framework of cooperation agreement and memoranda of understanding with foreign parties, in addition to addressing queries regarding legal issues.
