HRH the Crown Prince receives the Indian ambassador
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s aspiration to consolidate close bilateral historic, economic and cultural relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of India.
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince received today the Indian ambassador in the Kingdom Mr. Mohan Kumar and praised India’s experience, constant development and international position which are worthy of respect and appreciation, pointing out that consolidating the bilateral relations and partnership between India and the Kingdom and the other GCC countries is a really an achievement to help reap common benefits.
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince expressed gratitude and appreciation to the contributions of the Indian community in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s development which reflect the noble values inherent in the Indian culture. His Royal Highness the Crown Prince received an official invitation to visit India extended to him from the Indian Vice President and expressed his aspiration to fufill the invitation.
On the other hand, the Indian ambassador Mohan Kumar reiterated his country’s keenness on its relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain which he seeks to continually develop, expressing his appreciation for the support and respect with which the Indian community is met here in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the significant amount of freedom of worship and social activities.
The meeting was attended by the Crown Prince court’s chief Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij Al Khalifa.
