HRH Prince Salman Hosts Weekly Majlis

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, today welcomed to his weekly majlis at Riffa Palace members of the Ruling Family, senior state figures, ministers, dignitaries, Shura Council members, Mps and municipal councilors. Muslim and Christian scholars, economic and social figures, academicians, literary figures, journalists, members of the diplomatic corps and ladies from all sectors.

 HRH Prince Salman welcomed Indian Orthodox Church Supreme Head Catholicos Baselios Marthoma Paulose II on his visit to Bahrain, hailing his crucial role in encouraging inter-religious dialogue and the values of tolerance and co-existence. The majlis visitors formed a picture depicted Bahrain standing united under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.

They hailed the newly-opened majlis as it builds bridges of love and amity between HRH the Crown Prince and citizens from all walks of life. The majlis reflects HRH Prince Salman’s keenness to reach out to people, following in the steps of HM King Hamad in “opening hearts before opening doors” for Bahrain to be always a closely-knit family, overcome all challenges and hardships and remain a beacon, led by HM the King.
