Crown Prince praises role of families
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, last night hailed the honourable stances of Bahraini families who stood side by side to protect their country and rallied behind His Majesty King Hamad to safeguard its achievements.He was speaking as he visited the Ramadan majlis of Abdulla bin Hamad bin Majid Al Nuaimi family in Riffa.
He was accompanied by his son Shaikh Isa, Economic Development Board chief executive Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince’s Court head Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, adviser Shaikh Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and personal secretary Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The Crown Prince hailed the Al Nuaimi family for rallying behind the country’s leadership.He also stressed Bahrain’s unflinching efforts to achieve development goals to fulfil citizens’ hopes and aspirations.
The Crown Prince later visited the majlis of Al Rumaihi family, who he said have always remained loyal to their homeland, in sorrow and joy. Poet Khalifa bin Juma bin Abdulla Al Rumaihi recited a poem extolling the stances of the Crown Prince.
Later, he visited the Al Ka’abi family majlis and urged all to teach their children Bahrain’s history, rich in knowledge, glory, unity and noble deeds and choose career fields that would benefit society.
