HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulates the newly elected President of the Republic of Iraq

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a congratulatory cable to HE Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid on the occasion of his election as President of the Republic of Iraq.
