HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulates HM the King of the Kingdom of Spain

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister sent a cable of congratulations to the King of the Kingdom of Spain, His Majesty Felipe VI, on Spain’s Constitution Day.
