HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister condoles with the President of the Russian Federation

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation, HE Vladimir Putin, following the passing of former President of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev.

His Royal Highness offered his condolences to HE Putin, recalling Gorbachev’s efforts to furthering global peace and stability.
