His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister receives the Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Court of Cassation

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Court of Cassation, His Excellency Counsellor Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Buainain, at Riffa Palace. HE Counsellor Al-Buainain presented to His Royal Highness a report on the initiatives to further develop the work of the judiciary in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

His Royal Highness noted the importance of multilateral cooperation in order to holistically advance the Kingdom’s development.

His Royal Highness also highlighted the unwavering support provided by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al to the Kingdom’s judicial authority.

His Royal Highness noted that the further development of the justice system aims to reinforce the principle of fairness as a basic pillar for enhancing security and stability, which in hand contributes to the Kingdom’s comprehensive development.

His Royal Highness finally highlighted the importance of continuing initiatives that invest in and support the development of the national workforce within the judicial branch.

For his part, HE Counsellor Al-Buainain expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness for his support, which contributes to strengthening the role played by the Supreme Judicial Council in guaranteeing the rule of law and protecting rights and freedoms.
