HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues circular on New Year’s holiday

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, and Prime Minister, today issued a circular regarding the New Year (2021) holiday.

Under the circular, the Kingdom’s ministries, state departments and public institutions will be closed on Friday, January 1, 2021, corresponding to 17 Jumada al-Awwal 1442 AH, and since this day falls on a weekly holiday, it will be compensated by Sunday, third of January, 2021.
