HRH the Crown Prince congratulates the newly-elected AP Speaker

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today sent a congratulatory cable to the member of the Council of Representatives, MP Adel Abdulrahman Al-Asoomi, on his election as Speaker of the Arab Parliament, during the AP session, held at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.

HRH the Crown Prince noted that the competence and expertise demonstrated by Bahrainis has consolidated the Kingdom’s position as an active member on the Arab and International levels.

HRH the Crown Prince noted Arab Parliament’s contribution towards enhancing cooperation among Arab Parliaments and advancing their common objectives.
