HRH Crown Prince restructures Bahrain Bourse board

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Economic Development (EDB) Chairman today issued edict 1 of 2020, restructuring the Bahrain Bourse board of directors.

 The newlook panel includes as members for a three-year term, from the date of issuance of this edict, Abdulkarim Ahmed Bucheeri, Hassan Amin Jarrar, Yasser Abduljalil Al-Sharifi, Deena Abdulkarim Al-Ansari, Ali Youssef Al-Fardan, Abdulrahman Hamed Alzayani,  Mathew G. Daikin, Saleh Hassan Hussein and Narjess Mohammed Al-Qaseer. .

The edict shall take effect from the day of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
