HRH the Crown Prince directs for the launch of the National Ambulance System by 15 June

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today chaired a meeting of the Government’s Executive Committee, at Riffa Palace. 

During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince issued directives to the Ministry of Interior to launch the Kingdom’s National Ambulance System by 15 June 2019.

The system, aimed at improving the quality of ambulance services provided to citizens and residents, will be activated in 13 different ambulance centers across the Kingdom’s governorates.

HRH the Crown Prince highlighted the importance of further developing public sector services in order to meet the needs of Bahrain’s citizens.
