HRH Crown Prince receives newly-appointed UAE Ambassador to Bahrain

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today received the newly-appointed Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Shaikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan at Riffa Palace.

During the meeting, His Royal Highness and the Ambassador discussed historic bilateral ties, and emphasised the crucial role of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the President of the UAE, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in strengthening these ties to advance shared interests between the two countries

His Royal Highness extended his congratulations to the Ambassador, and wished him every success in his new diplomatic role

The Ambassador expressed his pleasure at meeting His Royal Highness, and noted his commitment to continue building on and expanding existing ties across various sectors and areas
