HRH Crown Prince visits Ramadan majlises

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, this evening visited the Majlis of the Al Musallam family, the Majlis of the Al Mahmood family, and the Majlis of the Minister for Shura Council and House of Representatives Affairs, Ghanim bin Fadhel Al Buainain. HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa accompanied HRH during the Majlis visits.

HRH the Crown Prince highlighted that Bahrain’s development programme, led by HM King Hamad, is built upon the principles of the National Action Charter which had been endorsed by the people of Bahrain

HRH the Crown Prince spoke of Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030 and its role in accelerating non-oil sector growth. The Crown Prince stressed that the programme emphasises the principles of sustainability, competitiveness and fairness in order to facilitate improved delivery of services and increase access to opportunities for all citizens

HRH the Crown Prince stressed the importance of continuing to adopt sustainable fiscal policies, including those that facilitate international investment into the Kingdom’s private sector, as well as improving processes associated with establishing a business in Bahrain

HRH the Crown Prince added that the Kingdom’s far reaching development programme has consistently safeguarded citizens’ interests through the delivery of an integrated and inclusive social security framework

HRH the Crown Prince reaffirmed that Bahrain will continue to invest in citizens’ futures, noting that this is paramount to achieving sustainable development and to ensuring that all Bahrainis have the opportunity to contribute to their nation’s success

The majlises’ hosts and guests expressed their gratitude for the visit, and highlighted the Crown Prince’s commitment to advancing the Kingdom’s development and delivering opportunities for the people of Bahrain
