Crown Prince concludes official visit to the State of Qatar

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today departed to Bahrain after concluding an official visit to the State of Qatar.

His Royal Highness the Crown Prince was accompanied by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity and Youth Affairs, President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Shaikh Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, and a number of senior Bahraini ministers and officials.

The official visit provided an opportunity for His Royal Highness the Crown Prince to meet the Emir of the State of Qatar, His Highness Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and to discuss historic relations and ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation across a wide range of areas.

The Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the Minister of Culture and Sports, His Excellency Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali, Minister in attendance, and a number of senior Qatari officials attended the departure ceremony.
