HRH Crown Prince meets Qatari Ambassador

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today met the outgoing Ambassador of the State of Qatar, His Excellency Shaikh Jassim bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Thani, at Gudaibiya Palace.

During the meeting, His Royal Highness underscored that the continued growth of relations between Bahrain and Qatar across a range of sectors has helped to meet the aspirations of both countries.

In this regard, His Royal Highness praised the efforts of His Excellency Shaikh Jassim in further strengthening bilateral ties, and wished him success in his future endeavours.   

His Royal Highness went on to highlight the Kingdom’s commitment to further deepening its cooperation with its fellow GCC countries, stressing that continued strong coordination will benefit the GCC across various areas. 

In response, His Excellency expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness, and praised the Crown Prince’s support to Bahraini-Qatari relations. The Ambassador concluded by wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further prosperity under its wise leadership.
