HRH Crown Prince extends condolences to Alwadaei family

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today visited the Saar Maatam to convey His Majesty King Hamad’s, and his own, condolences to the Alwadaei family following the death of Cleric Sayed Jawad Alwadaei. 

Whilst visiting the Alwadaei family, His Royal Highness emphasised the crucial contribution of Bahrain’s scholars make towards promoting the noble principles enshrined in the Islamic faith, and the true teachings of tolerance and unity. 

His Royal Highness noted that due to Bahraini scholars’ influence, their teachings have a lasting effect throughout generations. In this regard, His Royal Highness stated that with this influence comes great responsibility and that scholars play a pivotal role in enhancing religious and cultural understanding, and social unity amongst all sections of society.
