HRH Crown Prince highlights national unity, parliament role

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime has visited the Majlis of Deputy Prime Minister, Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Majlis of the Chairman of the Shura Council, Ali Al Saleh and the Majlis of Khalifa Al Dhahrani.

During the visits, His Royal Highness highlighted the strong bonds among Bahrain’s communities has helped to protect the Kingdom from destabilising events across the region. In this regard, His Royal Highness emphasised the importance for all Bahrainis to continue to actively and positively contribute to the Kingdom’s prosperity, in line with the reform and development programme of His Majesty King Hamad.

His Royal Highness went on to highlight the role of Ramadan Majlises in further enhancing unity among all in the Kingdom, and stressed that the exchange of visits during the holy month of Ramadan is an integral part of Bahraini values and traditions and works to promote principles of tolerance among all.

Turning to the Kingdom’s legislative authority, His Royal Highness highlighted the strong coordination and collaboration between the Parliament and Shura Council has positively advanced Bahrain’s national interests. 

For their part, Deputy Prime Minister, His Highness Shaikh Ali, Al Saleh, and Al Dhahrani expressed their gratitude for His Royal Highness’ visit, and highlighted His Royal Highness’ commitment to his annual Majlis visits during the holy month of Ramada.

His Highness Shakih Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa accompanied His Royal Highness during his visits.
