HRH Crown Prince meets British Ambassador at BIC

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today met the British Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Iain Lindsay, at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC).

His Royal Highness highlighted the strong ties between Bahrain and the United Kingdom, which date back over 200 years. His Royal Highness then noted the ongoing efforts of both countries to strengthen cooperation across a wide range of sectors, including in the economic, investment and cultural fields.

His Royal Highness and the British Ambassador also discussed issues of mutual interest and significant regional and international developments. The British Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness, and highlighted His Royal Highness’s ongoing support to the advancement of bilateral relations.
