Crown Prince appoints members to Mumtalakat board of directors

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and Chairman of the Economic Development Board (EDB) today issued Edict No. 3/2015 appointing two members to the board of directors of the Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat).

The two appointed members are:

1. His Excellency Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed – Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications

2. His Excellency Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani – Minister of Industry and Commerce

Membership to board will take effect immediately and last until the next appointment of board directors.
