HRH Crown Prince receives Foreign Minister of Singapore

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today received the Foreign Minister of Singapore, K. Shanmugam, at RiffaPalace. His Royal Highness met with Minister Shnmugam following the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ministerial meeting that took place in Manana yesterday. 

Praising the current state of relations, His Royal Highness remarked upon the many opportunities for further co-operation and co-ordination between Bahrain and Singapore, through their membership of these regionalorganisations alongside enhanced and direct bilateral engagement. In response, Minister Shnmugam expressed Singapore’s interest in developing relations, cooperation and coordination with Bahrain. The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Dr Ghanem bin Fadhel Buainain also attended the meeting.
