HRH Crown Prince receives Departmental Undersecretaries
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister received recently appointed Departmental Assistant Undersecretaries today at Gudaibiya Palace. His Royal Highness emphasised the Assistant Undersecretaries’ responsibilities to implement government programmes and priorities to ensure Bahrain’s ongoing development. He stressed the need to build a future for all Bahrainis in line with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad, and the commitment of the Government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister.
His Royal Highness also highlighted the importance of opening communication channels with citizens to remove obstacles to the provision of services across the various public sector institutions, in addition to improving performance in line with the Government’s programmes and goals. His Royal Highness further said that the public sector should primarily focus on government-approved initiatives, projects, and policies to facilitate effective public service delivery.
His Royal Highness stated that this will be best achieved through active cooperation across all governmental departments. His Royal Highness expressed his trust in the Assistant Undersecretaries capabilities in carrying out their tasks across all the Kingdom of Bahrain’s sectors, and wished the Assistant Undersecretaries all success in serving Bahrain’s development goals. In response, the Assistant Undersecretaries expressed their thanks for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness and receive his advice and directives.
The Assistant Undersecretaries also issued their assurances that they would work to meet the requirements of governmental work, and serve the Government’s commitment to prioritising the needs of citizens while continuing to develop public sector services. Ms. Eman Ahmed Al-Dosary, Assistant Undersecretary for Foreign Trade, Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Abdul-Kareem Ahmed Al-Rashid, Assistant Undersecretary for Industrial Development, Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Dr. Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah, Assistant Undersecretary for Specifications and Consumer Protection, Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
Dr. Tariq Mohammed Al-Sindi, General Director of the National Framework for Qualifications, Quality Assurance Authority for Education and Training (QAAET). Dr. Haya Ahmed Al-Mannai, General Director for Revision of Performance in Educational and Training Institutions, Qualifications in the Quality Assurance Authority for Education and Training (QAAET).
