His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today met the Vice-President of Ghana, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, on the sidelines of the Third Arab-African Summit, hosted at the Bayan Palace in Kuwait on November 19 and 20.
His Royal Highness and Vice-President Amissah-Arthur discussed ways to develop new trade and economic opportunities that draw on the countries’ respective potential. His Royal Highness conveyed Bahrain’s commitment to enhanced economic cooperation with Africa, highlighting Bahrain’s strong infrastructure and well-established financial and banking sector.
His Royal Highness and Vice-President Amissah-Arthur also discussed ways of bolstering bilateral relations across a number of areas, in addition to discussing the issues on the agenda of the Summit.
