HRH Crown Prince congratulated by Education Minister

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, received a cable of congratulations from Education Minister Dr. Majid Al Nuaimi, the Chairman of Bahrain National Commission for UNESCO, on Bahrain’s landmark accomplishments clinching key positions  at UNESCO’s various agencies during the 37th General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO).

Dr. Al Nuaimi hailed the achievements, describing them as an assertion of the good international reputation enjoyed by Bahrain and stressing that they will positively impact on UNESCO’s work and goals.He also thanked HRH the Crown Prince for his continuous support to the educational process in Bahrain and the National Project for Education and Training Development.It is to note that Bahrain was elected as UNESCO’s General Conference Deputy President, member of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Council for the Information for All Programme and the International Programme for the Development of Communication (IPDC).
