Deputy King Receives Ambassador of Djibouti

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy of His Majesty the King and Crown Prince received Ambassador Dhia Al Deen Saeed Bamakhrema, envoy of the President of Djibouti Ismaïl Omar Guelleh. Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Foreign Minister, also attended the meeting.

Ambassador Bamakhrema delivered a letter from the President to His Majesty the King and another to His Royal Highness.His Royal Highness sent his regards to the President of Djibouti and wished the people of the country further progress and prosperity.The meeting also discussed the importance of enhanced cooperation and coordination between the two countries, in addition to the roles of both countries in preserving national security.

Ambassador Bamakhrema also conveyed the best wishes of President Guelleh to the leadership of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The ambassador also expressed his appreciation for Bahrain’s encouragement for further developing bilateral relations.
