Deputy King Performs Eid Al-Fitr Prayers

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy of His Majesty the King and Crown performed the Eid prayers this morning at the Shaikh Isa Mosque in West Riffa. HRH Crown Prince was joined at the prayers by members of the royal family, chairmen of the Representatives and Shura Council, ministers, senior officials, senior officers of the Bahrain Defence Force, Interior Ministry and National Guard; and scores of citizens.

The Imam delivered an Eid Al-Fitr sermon, praying that Allah Almighty would bless Bahrain with continuedgrace, prosperity, safety and stability under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He also hoped that the fasting and worship during the Holy Month of Ramadhan would be received well by Allah.Following the Eid prayers, His Royal Highness Deputy of His Majesty the King and Crown Prince exchanged greetings on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.
