He also warned that any attempt to damage the social fabric must be combatted with determination, noting that everyone must work together for Bahrain to develop and prosper. His Royal Highness stressed that violence and terrorism should not be faced with silence.  He stated that community leaders who remain silent in the face of acts should bear a responsibility and such silence can only be viewed as tacit support. On dialogue, His Royal Highness stressed the continued approach to bring together different viewpoints in order to reach a nationwide unanimity and consensus on future development. He emphasised that this could not extend to disregarding or ignoring such acts of terrorism and violence, which aim to spread fear and sow division, and tarnish the sanctity of both our beloved nation and the blessed holy month of Ramadan.  His Royal Highness pointed out that violence breeds a chain reaction of violence, which damages the country, its unity and ultimately hinders progress.
