Crown Prince hosts Iftar for Bahrain Defence Force officers

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister hosted today an Iftar banquet for Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) officers.

On arrival at the BDF Officers Club, His Royal Highness was met by BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of State for Defence Affairs; Lieutenant-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa; BDF Chief of Staff General Duaij bin Salman Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Guard Colonel His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and other senior officers.

His Royal Highness exchanged Ramadan greetings and praised the role of the BDF in safeguarding Bahrain’s national assets. His Royal Highness also highlighted the devotion and readiness of the BDF in protecting the kingdom and its sovereignty. In response, the BDF Commander-in-Chief thanked His Royal Highness for his dedication to hosting his annual Iftar banquet for BDF officers.
