HRH Premier Receives Cable From HRH Crown Prince

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa today received a cable from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander :

As the Holy Quran states: “Act! Allah will behold your actions and so will His messenger and the believers”.Your Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman AlKhalifa,Greetings and Warmest respect,It is with great pride that today I received the Royal Assignmentof His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, designating me as First Deputy Prime Minister.  This appointment brings with it the notable honour of working to support Your Royal Highness, towards the goal of maintaining and furthering the Kingdom’s progress.

Following in the footsteps of our forefathers, and with the cooperation of all Bahrainis, we have always responded to the call of the nation to preserve and enhance Bahrain’s standing in the Arabian Gulf. I pledge, under the direction of His Majesty the King, to work under your guidance, informed by your wisdom and experience built over many years of hard work and loyal efforts. 

May Allah grant you continued health and happiness, so Bahrain can continue to benefit from your wisdom and insight. Our constitutional institutions are our protection and guide. Fostering good citizenship must be a principal goal as we continue developing and building Bahrain in the interests of stability, security and prosperity.
